The children from Seoda and both Junior Infant classes enjoyed their trip to Tearaways Pet Farm and activity centre on Thursday June 1st.
It was an exciting adventure for many with it being their first experience on a bus. Our bus driver Aidan made sure it was a memorable experience getting us there and back safely.
Our visit began with a guided tour around the pet farm. We met lots of friendly animals; goats, pigs, ponies, emu, sheep, calves, and alpacas ! It was fantastic to see all the animals and learn a little about them.
Next, we stayed outdoors to play and enjoyed the climbing frames, sand area and go-cart track as well as the train and sleds.
After a lovely lunch and some little treats, we enjoyed the indoor playcentre with its wave slides, tunnel slides, crawling tunnels, cargo nets and ball pits.
We were tired but very happy as we travelled back to school.
