Multicultural Day was celebrated in style this year at St Joseph’s! Our varying nationalities were represented by beautiful display boards which outlined some facts and famous landmarks. The pupils dressed in their native attire and proudly shared lovely local food and drinks with everyone. We learned new words, decorated new flags and read many interesting facts about all the countries. One highlight of the day was when all the school pupils sang “We are the World” for all our guests. It was a wonderful day of celebration and inclusion. We look forward to seeing our display boards in Templemore library very soon.
